Set-up installation can commence as soon as an account has been created BUT your Konfiguroo system will not be live until the first payment has been verified.
Unless stated otherwise, a coupon's discount applies to a subscription for one year (12 months) only. On the anniversary of the commencement, the price will revert to the current package price.
The monthly contract is a rolling one-month period.
By entering into a monthly subscription you agree to a recurring charge on your payment card on the same day of each calendar month. Failure to pay will result in services being taken off-line after 14 days. After one month if payment has not been made it will result in the account being deleted.

Charges for failed payments are billed at £25 +VAT per failed payment. Charge for system being made live again is £100 +VAT.
We withhold the right to change packages and pricing at any time giving one month’s notice. Those paying for annual subscriptions will not be affected by this until subscription renewal.
Set-up assistance add-on entitles the buyer to a maximum of three (3) hours assistance. Further help will be charged at our support team rate of £30 hour +VAT. (You will be informed of this before we provide the support - not afterwards).
Bespoke branding add-on entitles the you to a custom front-end design of the Konfiguroo software but does not include adding new functionality - it refers to purely aesthetic changes. When purchasing the bespoke branding add-on, we will contact you to request what design changes are required to the software. Once we have all information, we will commence the custom design work. Time for completion is 14 days (10 working days) following commencement. You are entitled to a full refund if at any point they change their mind BEFORE the design work has commenced. Following work commencement, no refund will be available.
If any of the service add-ons (Setup assistance/Bespoke branding) are purchased but not used, then a refund is available within 14 days of the of the transaction date.
The user account creation & saving add-on will be added to your installation automatically.
The user account creation & saving add-on's data will be stored on our servers. To ensure the privacy of user’s data, you are able to view general non-identifiable information (i.e. how many user accounts there are) and public user creations, but any personal user data is only viewable on request (at no cost).
The payment gateway add-on will be added to your installation automatically as soon as you have provided us with your API keys.
